Before when I drank, I could stop for weeks or months no problem. The last month I realized I have not. I have drank every day increasingly more. So, today I have not. Only thing I noticed is that my throat hurts, stomach a bit off, anxiety, and my heart rate some. Not really aure what to expect drom withdrawal symptoms. I aigned up for some of the online atuff the next few weeks and making a plan with my husband to atay on track.

Any tips od things you all liked that helped? So far, I decided no stressful shows or movies, walking, painting, drinking lots of water, started journaling how I feel and what actionable steps I can do for them, reaching out to my support group before my thoughts have me in the car heading for the store, meditate more, and love on myself while I feel like poop.

I love to practice Bible based meditation. Staying connected with others helps tremendously. I've been focusing on practicing Spanish. I also spend lots of time with my neighbor.
