How do you deal with the guilt of all the trust you broke. When all you wanted your partner to see is your growth. (Im 52 days) and when they see it they run. So now you are dealing with recovery and the loss of your partner as they have asked for space. I feel worthless. I know im doing recovery for me but is the trust able to be rebuilt. Feeling hopless

You deal with it one day at a time and one estimable act at a time. It’ll come back to you. It just takes a while.

By showing yourself grace and reminding yourself that the time is present. And you can’t force people to see what we want them to see. Just keep focusing on your growth and surrender it to your God’s timing.
