-Everything that I have learned about addiction over the last 10 years.  
-the ability to be able to talk about it openly and honestly  
-the people that have met through this journey from all walks of life who are in the exact same boat, regardless of substance of choice

I am most proud of finally learning to take ownership and responsibility for my own emotions. Instead of blaming people or situations for how I feel I now understand that my feelings are a direct correlation of my emotional maturity, self honesty, and recognizing that my ego always wants to be esteemed. I’m not as significant as I’d sometimes like to think I am and it’s probably better that way.
