When we hear Relapse especially early in recovery we get scared 😱it’s like when we are taught stay away from People Places & Things it’ muscle memory in a way only because we really don’t know what to say or do when someone relapses We prefer not to even engage in the topic because We don’t know what the answer is I have a couple of years under my belt and I will say that the first step is the step that you practice every day till the day you leave this earth, remembering the basics honesty open minded and willingness  
Something else also is telling somebody that you’re going to a party where there’s an open bar also helps

I completely know where you’re coming from. At least you jumped back into sobriety. I am currently back in life draining spiral of alcoholism and trying to pull myself back out of it. I wish you the very best of success in kicking this addiction so many of us struggle with. You’re not alone🙏
