I just finished writing the audio portion for an IG 2 part short-series entitled "Sobriety Is" Just thought I would share what I came up with in order to summarize the current 3-3.5 mins down to one sentence.

In sobriety each day becomes an opportunity to make subconscious amd conscious, positive choices that reflect a commitment to self, community, growth and recovery.

Obviously 450+ words summed down to 1 sentence, a lot gets missed but essentially that is what I came down to.
