# Support is an addict

It's hard for me to take sobriety advice from an alcoholic even though what they saying is right.

Kinda an odd spot to be in isnt is. That is kinda like saying the guy who built your car doesn't know how to make it run. The best people to figure out the maze that is addiction are people who are already coming out of it not the guy standing outside the door.

Yeah I felt the same way. I now know taking advice from someone who got sober and has some sobriety time is who you could listen to and take advice from on how to stay sober.
