I feel so worthless because I relapsed again!! Will i ever be able to stop?

You have nothing to be ashamed of. We all have failed once or 100 times. My question to you is, is it worthless to continue trying or worthless to give up? I believe you can do this. I believe you are stronger than you give yourself credit for. And I believe in you!
