Tolerating isnt always my strong suit and i weote a post on the other page but my process requires time to areive from an accurate representation but i will try my best to tolerate the steps i have in front of me and whatever else comes my way. Have a great day everyone.

Yep, that is completely normal. When we get sober our patience is practically zero and just sitting through the discomfort of doing the work feels tough. I know I spent so long wanting an instant fix for everything, a fix that never can’t until I was willing. so having to slow down and actually work the steps one by one takes effort. Wtg
