You got this. Lean on your your friends and supporting cast. We are here for you. Try to find the positive of anything. Its been Monday for me the last 3 weeks. It is getting better. Just got back from a meditation meeting. Amazing. I can feel your smile. Stay strong

I believe you will find the success you need for this reason. I’ve come to know that everything I go through that is difficult will pass. I’m just now realizing that there are times where I must go through Fire :fire:. Some of it is my own doing, some of it from others, and some of it is just life.

Everything that is allowed into my life I have the capacity to endure with the help of my higher power.

Last week the pressure on my job was so bad I was in tears and had to make an appointment with a therapist. I’m two sessions in and doing much better. The challenge for me was in addressing my frustration and coming up with a solution. In the past frustration would have lead me to self medicate. This time instead of consoling my comfort I’ve taken action to solve the problem.

By reaching out to the therapist I was able to address the root of my frustration. I believe that spiritual help has guided me. The key for me was not going at it alone but getting help.

It’s okay to be sad, just don’t stay there, I try to acknowledge the losses but stay hopeful for the future, and try to stay gratitude, we don’t know gods plans :+1:
